Abstract

Saffron is one of the most valuable crops and the world's most expensive spice among the plants that suit the particular climates and latitudes with low water requirements, the strategic importance of high social and economic impacts in many producing countries such as Afghanistan, that has this feature in particularly high and a special influence in the international market. Due to these reasons, future appropriate along with being sent for investments and be supportive in saffron international market. The aim of the present study is space realization of saffron cultivation in Afghanistan. Component of a more aim is proper marketing of this product in terms of quality in the international arena. The findings of this study indicate the Afghanistan have good spatial distribution due to certain weather conditions for the cultivation of saffron. International market demand has brought as the economic value of saffron. Among the factors that influence, you can name the common environmental, ethnic, cultural on the one hand, management in the developed world as a supporting agricultural development, planting, harvesting and marketing of modern and developed on information technology and e-commerce, large investments, especially in human resource training, on the other hand, Afghanistan is as a serious option in international trade of the saffron in the coming years.
